What To Bring : A POSITIVE, FRIENDLY ATTITUDE & GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR! River sandals or lace up shoes for wearing on raft and trekking, swimming costume, basic toiletries, sunscreen lotion, personal medication, straps for spectacles or goggles for contact lenses, personal clothing, sleeping bag, inflatable pillow, insect repellent, torchlight.

| Day 1 | Trip Leader will meet all participants in front Kuala Kubu Bharu Post Office at 0830hrs and then proceed to the ‘Put In’ point which is about 4.5 km away from town. Upon arrival, all drivers will drive their cars to the ‘Take Out’ point to be parked, after which our representative will transfer all drivers back to the ‘Put In’ point. There will be a detail briefing on white water rafting followed by a practical exercise about 1 km down the river. Participants will be divided into a group of maximum 6 pax per raft. The run will take about 3-4 hours or depending on group size and water level. Upon arrival at “Take Out” point, participants can take their shower and late lunch will be served. | Day 2 | Breakfast at 0800 hrs and then proceed to starting point of trek to Chilling Waterfall. Trek will take about 1 hour to the waterfall. (Breakfast / Packed Lunch) ———-end———- |
Payment Conditions & Cancellation
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Balance payment should be made at least 7 working days prior to departure date. Cash or crossed cheque can be credited into PIEROSE SWIFTWATER SDN BHD account at Maybank Berhad, Account No. 512 071 119 329.
- No Refund will be entertained in case of NO SHOW or UN-USED Service.
- Postponement notice must be given in writing and fax to us at least 5 working days prior to departure to qualify for an alternative date.
- Should the trip be postpone by Pierose Swiftwater Sdn Bhd due to bad weather or high water level in which high risk is unavoidable, all payment will be transferred to a later date agreed by both parties.
Insurance
Participants are advised to take their own insurance coverage as normal insurance do not cover this activity. However, we can assist in arranging the insurance and the Premium including service charge is RM20 for a sum assured of RM50,000.00 and RM40 for a sum assured of RM100,000.00. Minimum number of participants assured should be 6. Details needed are Full Name, IC or Passport No. and Date of Birth. Take note that maximum age requirement is 60 years old.
