Safety and Equipment

Each participant is provided with personal safety equipment (helmet and a PFD -Personal Floatation Device) which are US-Coast-Guard approved. PFDs absorb impact as well as provide flotation.

8-seater urethane white-water SOTAR rafts are used, and each raft will have one or two experienced river guides.

All participants are required to sign a Liability Release form before starting. Any loose items that cannot be secured, such as jewelry, should be removed for the trip, and we do provide dry bags for miscellaneous small items, such as wallets or car keys. We can provide accident insurance at an additional nominal charge.
